Vida Mia offers a physical fitness personal training service in our spectacular gym with panoramic views of the crystal mountain equipped with everything needed for cardio training, aerobics, anaerobic, strength and physical endurance.

Before performing any physical activity, we undertake a Fitness Profile, that is, an anthropometric study that evaluates the percentage of fat and body mass as well as the distribution of fat in each part of your body. Training with the same trainer during your stay will help to ensure that your goals are met while you are here. With your training session, you will also have access to all the amenities of the spa and all the necessary attention to make your stay in the spa a unique and exclusive experience.
